Developing the skills of our people is one of the most important things we do. Drivers are paid an hourly rate while completing field training with a Driver Instructor.

Groendyke's Driver Employee Training program is another great benefit to our new drivers. Not only do our seasoned drivers ride along with our new recruits, they mentor them through their training period, giving training tips, customer information, and product requirements to help them transport and handle our products safely and on time.
