Every new employee attends orientation sessions at our headquarters in Enid, OK to learn about our company history, values, procedures and requirements. Drivers also have the opportunity to meet representatives from several different departments and get an overview of how the Groendyke team functions day-to-day.

Our sessions include:

• Safety
• Smith System defensive driving course
• Bulk and hazardous material handling and transportation
• Operational and proper record completion procedures
• HM 126
• Logging, trip planning, time management
• Emergency response

At Groendyke, we want all of our drivers to have the tools and information they need to succeed and our orientation and training helps insure that success.
