We pair our experienced drivers with new recruits, allowing the trainees to get real-world experience and valuable training tips. The best way to learn about our many customer and product requirements is directly from the people who transport these products every day.

• Groendyke employee for one year or more.
• No incidents or accidents in the last 12 months.
• No customer complaints in the last 12 months.
• Work well with others, team oriented.
• Approved by Safety Dept., Training Dept., Terminal Mgr., and Field Safety Coordinator.
